Upper management are currently in meetings every day evaluating each and every employee subjectively whether it’s cost or performance or both.. No one will know for sure until it’s time or an insider will leak it here the week of like the last layoff. Regardless of what happens, Q isn’t the end all be all. But It’s funny how toxic this site is toward other employees regardless of title, h1b1 visas, etc. Whether you think they’re lazy or bring no value, none of them wanted this layoff either. But I guess it’s all perspective. You can be positive in the possibility that the grass can be greener on the other side if you get the axe or you can be negative and anxious until the cows come home. Either way it won’t stop what’s coming. That said I wish us all good luck!

I don't think the lists were made at the director level. They were made at the VP level.
If your director hasn’t said anything either they will be affected and don’t know yet or you will be. If that’s you, 50-50 chance you are on the list.
Some directors have given a heads up to their teams members to start looking. It is all verbal … casually mentioned in 1 on 1s
I’m sure directors know. The ones that don’t might be affected. Either way you’ll be told that they don’t know nothing until it’s time.
Best use of the tagline yet! 😂😭
