Hardcore on the job hunt. And seeing some of Kansas City and Rockland’s positions posted on LinkedIn, that pull bodies fresh off the street, into seats in positions lower than mine, making more than me walking in the door is demotivating. Being with the company for 18 years and making less than 55k, it’s time to move on. This place has treated me like crud for far too long.

Many of us busted out A$$es for this company, only to be laid-off. We never got raises, thanks for a good Jons, only threats of being fired. In the end, it was only fear that drove us. The company never had any intention other than using up and throwing us a way like garbage when they were done. They have no morals.
