These managers have no idea how to do anything. NB and DP have zero idea how garbage ESS is.
but if the managers have to start working who will tell me what I should do with my career?
It’s toxic and the managers are going to find themselves having to actually work.
4 people from SPFD have put in their 2 weeks. This isn’t a good sign, especially if oil price increase into Q4. There are a ton of geo and eng jobs in various locales.
I put in mine after stock vest and I have a new job in OG with a 30k pay raise in the city I want to live in. Don’t be afraid to leave there is better opportunities out there.
There will be more. Congrats to those that are leaving - respect.
