Will they be hit just as hard as the lower levels?

Wow, just wow. If you think the executives will be impacted then you are truly clueless.

As I’ve said before, leadership at Ford is subpar and there is evidence to prove it. Moral is terrible, one recall after another and high performers with years of experience have been let go. The reoccurring layoffs indicate leadership knows something is wrong but they have no clue how to fix it. We’ve had great leaders in the past (not all of them) and the company prospered under their leadership. Companies rarely become great by cutting costs alone. Cost cutting could be one part of an effective plan but that alone won’t do it.

Well said. Thanks for giving me hope that we have people who get it on this forum.

It is easy to criticize from afar, but most people have no idea what it takes to lead a company as complex as Ford.

Are you kidding, if it wasn't for the c suite we would have been dissolved already. Our leadership is what keeps our company strong and ready to lead the next great automotive renaissance.

I heard they are going to lead.my example by being the first white collar employees to keep the parts depots running if the uaw strikes.

It's the opposite ll5s in my dept got promoted to chiefs and director after they let go 100s of people. These same leaders signed off the current recall impacted programs

No. We are at 93, when other OEMs have 30 to 40.
None will be cut without being replaced by someone at least as incompetent.

You work for Ford. You call yourself a professional. You probably brag about your fancy college degree (I would bet dollars to donuts you have your degree in a frame on your walls where you live - to show off your mighty accomplishment). But then you go out on a social website on the Internet and ask d-mb questions. Wow you are a winner.....ding, ding, ding. Put this person into upper management!

I'm not even going to answer your question directly. It is just silly to write it down.

No. The lower level cuts are used for the upper level pay. Why would you even ask such a ridiculous question???
