Dell needs to use trait based assessment for current and future hires if they want to create a culture of productivity and gain trust and redeem themselves.
Hiring someone as leader at the top because they are a certain category is not sufficient, especially when they have not proven success via any release. They bring their own insecurities. This has created sub standard results. Now it is too late to replace them without taking loses for the business.
