Will there ever be any promotions within the ranks of DSM? It seems that all the leaders in DSM have come from elsewhere, i.e. finance and strategy. There are terrific Directors and Sr. Directors that understand supply chain/planning better than the senior leaders we currently have!

No there won’t. They love the external candidate. Notice how many are still there a few months later.
