Wow! Hard to believe after reading these articles Flim Flam is the General Counsel of 3M. How did Flim Flam get the position of GC after this mistake?

C'mon, ask any vet if hearing protection is worn religiously during combat. Unless you're artillery, the answer is no and 99.9% of the lawsuits were a shameful money grab exploiting a defect (MDL) in our legal system that could bankrupt any company.
