Glad I left ALL a couple years ago, but wondering if you still have "Continuous Improvement"? Judging from all the posts on this forum, it sounds like "Continuous Deterioration".

CI going nowhere due to "managers" who survived decades under the radar. No appetite for risk, so saying "no" is all they're good at.
CI was another steaming pile of fe--s that the clueless nimrods running this sh-t show shoved down our throat. Kind of like Woople years ago.
The life & retirement area saw huge benefits, at least on the front line in the contact center & processing areas. CI died a slow death after the sales to Wilton Re and Everlake/Blackrock. We haven't had an RCPS project in over a year.
This ended up being a huge waste in our office which is ironically what it was supposed to prevent. Consultants monitoring every move that had no clue about the business. Shame on the company for making such a bone head move. I wonder if that was another McKinsey swindle or who ended up profiting. This company loves flushing money down the toilet. Gross.
Huge waste of time and resources. It worked for Japanese manufacturers back in the day. It has almost zero relevance to insurance. It’s still amazing that it was ever green lit.
Continuous hence marking task complete.
Ayyyyy.
Lol, like most things at Allstate it was a huge, company changing initiative…..like usual it was forced onto everyone, nothing meaningful changed and it slowly disappeared and was forgotten
$50m to implement across company. Very very little benefit. All a charade for Tommy W.
