VGS needs to be reviewed not for cars but for being so redundand with existing groups. Consulting teams supporting consulting teams who don’t actually do anything except shuffle data around for possibly more consulting teams to look at for nothing.

VBG, managed svcs and ops, approx 5000. All over band 5 'management' by title. Basically all VBG order management, project management, implementation, and repair. Everything that is VBG, not internal support, and is post-sale has been sold off to HCL.

Heard support groups are getting cuts. Fleet Training Logistics were some I heard.

@cnd+1olvVBLL GTS layoffs? Are there any non-Indians still remaining in GTS to RIF ? What % of VZ employees RIFd in the past 5 years were Indian? 0%. The majority of GTS leadership consists of s-xist, rac1st men from India.

I heard an offer’s coming for FAA 6 in New York. A co-worker heard it from his 2nd level. They’ll probably sc--w the COT’s yet again in FAA 5. Last time we were included was 2016 and it was a surplus of 1 COT. They have it out for this FAA 5 for some reason. They have surplus in other FAA’s and always agree to an over subscription while we watch everyone be on their merry way with incentive cash.

VGS needs to be reviewed - way too many senior analysts running around and driving company cars- yet, they have outsource companies who are the boots on the ground doing all the work.

They are not offering a package . I am very involved in this and the company is planning on getting rid of Lum sum when contract is up in 2026 and is willing to bank on people leaving when they mention that . Sorry folks .
