The question about when is the next layoff coming is asked in most of the townhalls. Employees are constantly watching for when the next layoff is and that's terrible for morale and productivity. Since the morale has dropped we've seen more safety issues. This is all on management who constantly pull the layoff lever. Its time to try something different and fix the stress mentioned in the town hall today. Eliminating Hybrid work schedules will not fix the issue as was implied.
