I am an ops manager for a large Metro dealer.
The account managers bring no value other than to complain we are not ripping customers off enough. There words not mine.
If they were gone
No loss
If you’re a director, you would have found out yesterday in Consumer Group.
Express AM reduced. By how many not sure yet.
RDMs OPS and training as well.
Hearing rumors of MD being reduced today as well.
Did they let any of you go or just got a call to basically stay tuned and see?
Definitely impacted… me and several of my peer’s got the call today. No idea what that org will look like moving forward
Possibly since T-Mobile cancelled one of their biggest distributors. Best Buy.
I imagine that it would create a need to reduce some head count.
