Dell is probably getting ready to buy another company. Look at Dell’s history before acquiring a new company. Just marinate on that bit.

Leadership is just to take update from juniors and report to higher management, they are useless sitting on high pay. They don’t even know the process and policy. They are in Dell to post on linkedin about good things.. that’s what their work is..

@1qxb+1ontnfBv Tell Dell is worth nothing. Most of the ppl go through the questions very quickly and with answers more meant to please their managers than actually being true/honest. Therefore the scores do not reflect what ppl on the workforce are feeling.
I suppose it is the same in every corporation.

dell emc guys as i9/i10 are hypocrites . they have absolutely no respect for anyone. they refuse to earn respect. they demand respect by threatening team mates. And the boss is exactly like them with huge insecurity.
just improve your skills instead of bringing down the other guys.. Hypocrites

The i10s who lie about team mates with intention to get them wfr are the ones rating 5 stars for Dell. The sr.dir who doesnt have skills to understand that his i10 is lying will definitely fail in releasing the product.

So the overlords have made buckets loads of cash meanwhile staff are capped on any bonus, pay rise and forced return to site and morale suffers.

The leadership team is using this layoff to setup the power equations within their team.
Unfortunately for them, the final results that tie to the earnings are based on sound decision making skills and not politics.
So we wait, for the axe to fall when the higher ups realize that the current team was looking out for its cronies.

ntc+1ontnfBv : For a person who has survived due to the skill of backstabbing and orchestrating false perf reviews of teammate to secure own job, I can understand when your own job is wfr.
Dont worry, life is a strange thing. It holds everyone accountable for their actions.

You should be readying yourself for the worst to come. Enjoy till it lasts. When it hits you, it will remind you of all the miseries you gave by harassing and lying about other's deliverables and getting them wfr.

bzj+1ontnfBv : you dont have to believe these comments and the negativity.
You can just look up the past 7 years and see which teams were created and then completely laid off. Everything has an expiration date, you can track the creation date easily. You can also see what stage we should have been and where that venture is now.
You will know by yourself, if you will see a success or a wfr for that team.

Cost control was also mentioned more than once.
This usually means cuts and increased targets or moving jobs to countries with lower salary expectations.
If you want to praise dell why not post on Linkedin and high five Jeff and the senior management?
Dell doesnt care that you think its a great place because at the end of the day you are a number on a screen.

Negative 13% year-over-year "growth"... When the bar is set this low negative double digit loss is room for celebration.

I'm still here, suffering with work from all the others laid off over the last two years. It has been non-stop, every quarter they come back and trim more people.

LOL at news of expecting solutions group to sell for future.
Even the ant at the facility isnt interested in the solution being offered.
They are planning a hail mary next year to save the whole team.
I will have my popcorn ready when these clowns get wfr.
