ISC Engineering No More?

Seems a change has taken place yet again for the engineering team. Its back to the ‘same-old-same-old’ organisation after years of fitting into another group. I pity them engineers that were just getting themselves settled in only to shocked one morning to be greeted by another re-organistion. Whoever idea it was in the first place probably got a hefty bonus and promotion for screwing the team over and now, the team gets screwed back twice over.
Well, they are better off going and being part of a larger engineering organisation than sticking around with the crummy ISC Engineering group that only plans endless strategies that can’t be adopted or summing up activities that doesn’t account for nothing.

JH. What an amazing being that he is. Able to conjure and convince his superiors of the whole AME not being good enough and creates this whole ISC Engineering group only to see it crumble only after a few years. It never actually took off but our dear JH has been promoted and recognised countless of times being labeled as a true leader. Only in Honeywell the term leader is just someone who can sell better than a used car salesman . Hope he is better off in his new role and not promising another unachievable fix

You don’t need ISC engineering when all you do is put a “Honeywell” sticker on stuff other companies build.
MM (good riddance) made a career of believing any random outside company can design things and build things better than any given Honeywell site. He never saw a product that he didn’t want to outsource (including military, I was in the room when he suggested it).
Good riddance to him and anyone he trained.

Integrated Supply Chain. Not sure what it includes given Honeywell's spaghetti type of organization chart. I think I'm in it but am not sure.
