Thread regarding Dell Inc. layoffs

I'm amazed how clueless some TSE are both in EMEA and USA ISG

level 2 tech support guys/gals.. some are really really bad and I know already when I'm working with them if they were a diversity/disability hire. Absolutely brutal

Do take note, some really good folk still in TSE teams. But I have seen quite a lot who are absolutely shocking!!! How are dell still keeping these fking engineers? How are they hired? How do they stay under the radar for so long?

I'm referring to ISG.. storage .. networking .. servers.. etc etc

Please for the love of God of me pretend like you don't know what I'm talking about if you are in ISG/worked with ISG!

A lot have been hired through different programs, grads, kick-start etc etc, not all of them were technical per se, but were hired to tick the boxes if it comes to women, diversity, handicapped and so on.

Lol of knowledge, commitment, interest is often shocking. But hey , who cares, we've just ticked another box...
