level 2 tech support guys/gals.. some are really really bad and I know already when I'm working with them if they were a diversity/disability hire. Absolutely brutal
Do take note, some really good folk still in TSE teams. But I have seen quite a lot who are absolutely shocking!!! How are dell still keeping these fking engineers? How are they hired? How do they stay under the radar for so long?
I'm referring to ISG.. storage .. networking .. servers.. etc etc
