Saw a report today that shows Inside Salea business planned headcount and variance headcount. I’m assuming the ones in Negative are new roles they want to fill and the ones positive are ones they need to eliminate. Problem is it shows job codes only. The biggest one is SAL623, SLS006 with 30 to many. 979499 with 14 to many. For outside sales the only info is active headcount 398. Budgeted HC 361. So some cuts there also I assume

Inside sales is definitely going to be consolidated, they just aren’t productive. Outside sales is interesting, they’re looking to retain Field Reps with a client relationship but for entry level B2B’s they’re already churning and burning them - turnover is ridiculous.
