Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Anyone else’s office a dump?

Current office is next to some sort of junkyard with hundreds of homeless people. Great scenery with lots of panhandlers and crack heads as I drive though.

Building inside smells of mildew and toilets are disgusting. Cubicles are filthy and nothing gets stocked in the break room. Apparently they’re trying to sell this building and convert it to low income housing.

Office that we’re supposed to move to is across from a homeless encampment and in a very remote part of the city. So we’re expected to pray that we don’t get harassed/robbed/etc while we pay $160/month for parking….

Just go in for the swipe, no sweat. Dropping or busting a huge load in the stall is just the cherry on top of another day in the life.

my office is sterile, no personality since everything has to be bare. We've had issues with ants because fellow co-workers don't clean up after themselves and leave spills on the counter- I don't go outside the build unless absolutely necessary, some homeless, but really not much around for food.

No, but I take big dumps at the office many times a day. Some of the most productive parts of the work day actually.

What's funny is that those of us with dumpy offices can see our jobs for what they really are. The folks with nice offices feel like they have a great gig and are more willing to be overworked and underpaid lol.

I really don't care what they office is like, going there is a complete waste of time. They need to shut them all down and save billions.

Nope, ours is awesome! Built about five years ago - super clean, very modern and close to my bus route.

If you aren't in a core market, you won't see much investment into your building. They're just waiting you out
