What I don't understand is, why are gms and managers allowed to act like a bunch of jackasses. They are the worst and not held accountable for anything.

It's the worst not like the old times.
It was better when managers were switched around every year or so. We have had the same store manager and mostly same assistant managers for years and its terrible.
They should go back to managers only allowed to be at clubs for a certain length of time!
They kiss enough a** to not be held accountable for things. They have bad attitudes because of the toll being a manager takes on their personal life.
