Yes, I think the layoffs announcement is this week and I'm ok with it. I rather know than be faced with the unknown every time I come to work.

Many people are discussing about it, but I don't see any evidence. Are they removing employees?
What makes you think an announcement is being made? Tiaa has been doing layoffs over the last two months with no announcement.
