I’ve read on this website that there is a large resistance to RTO. Can anyone confirm?
One comment stated as much as 30% are not complying. Another stated executives are aware and are planning to take action.

What’s RTO?
Over 75% of companies are RTO. Why should AT&T be any different? I think it should be 5 days a week. I know I get more work done in the office.
Is really going back to the office 3 days a week that hard? Not a huge ask for your employer to make you come to work. What has this world come to.
Nearly half of a companies employees have quit their jobs after the company ended its remote work policy.
“Why are you so worried about what other people do? Focus on yourself”
First they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a socialist.
Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a trade unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.
Employers have the upper hand now. If you do not want to RTO quit. Ge-z it is not hard.
The study found that before quitting, more than one in three workers asked to work remotely. This indicates that the lack of flexibility in the workplace is a major contributor to quick quitting. Additionally, nearly 40% of workers said they would stay at their current company if they offered a remote setup.

You do you, boo.
Good. Another 30% coming off payroll easily. No severance. That should help the stock price.
Focus on your own job and workgroup and help develop solutions there:
