Truist su-ks! I am so glad I left them when I did. Terrible leadership. The bank is a sinking ship. They Should have named the bank, Titanic.

That's exactly the impression I got from seeing their id--tic commercials, so not surprised to read your post. I even told my dad to switch banks. That's how bad the commercials are. They cater to the bottom rung. That's clearly a losing business model.
I’ll believe it’s a leadership shake up when some of these highly compensated so called leaders are gone, not shifted to the next tier with no real change in roles and compensation. Color me skeptical.
