Payflex

Getting someone from he to answer this is ridiculous. How do we get our payflex balances once our term date takes effect?

If it’s an FSA then get your money now. But if it’s an HRA, then I agree with Post ID: @fxf+1oz4InCm

If you have a HSA account with PayFlex, your money can stay with them for future healthcare expenses. You do not need to do anything at/after separation. You do not want to withdraw monies unless you have qualified medical/dental expenses and statements/receipts to backup for when you file your taxes. I am leaving my money with PayFlex for now but may look to combine with another HSA I have elsewhere if PayFlex charges too many fees post separation date. Good luck!
