@ymd+1p1DFlvQ So cute! She is an executive…she won’t even make it past year 3. Really do wish her the best but she has no business on an employee forum given her line of work - she has the ear and influence of the Chief Human Resource Officer. Employees should have avenues where they can talk about stuff without HR being there. Obviously if she was in another role, then np but given the challenging times employees are experiencing- she should stick to LinkedIn
So COS’s aren’t co-workers? They typically stay in those jobs for 1-3 years then move into other parts of the business. What’s the issue?
