Was Vena really on vacation in Canada, or was he looking for a place to hide when it all goes to sh1t? It's coming and when he makes it to Canada, he can't be pulled back into the states when he finishes destroying the company.
@3mzs That makes sense. I'm not on the mech side. One area I'm talking about has had manager roulette - can't even count at this point. Another has one manager for three locations and it's hard to catch that person for anything. Guess things aren't exactly consistent on the railroad... Wishing you the best in DeSoto - I know you all have gone through a lot.
@2twl-Desoto used to have about 3 managers and more craft people. Now they have 14 managers and less craft people than before PSR. The shop actually ran better when there were less managers.
To the person who said they have so many managers...where is that? Most people I talk to don't even know who their manager is because they're spread so thin. Local chair didn't even know who to contact.
Nope still tripping on each other here. So many in this yard they ride 3 deep sometimes in truck around yard. I don't get it. Damn near as many managers than craft folks.
