EISP [or whatever the acronym is termed] proposal to pre-identified management employees, is this completely voluntary???
What are the consequences??
You must have your EISP submitted by Nov 14th, 2023. And if you're selected you'll be off the books on Dec 3rd, 2023.

None of this is true.
I asked my director about this in PA and he said he would be surprised if they made any offers since we have a skeleton crew now.
SEIPP is being offered in all areas not sure what job title’s will be eligible - 50k + 2200 per yr of service up to 40 years. Waiver of age based pension reductions for early commencement, Bump to next pension band.

No lies, legit voluntary Eisp, 40k with 10k bonus , plus additional 2200 x years of service which is paid out monthly for 2 years or half up front and the rest paid out over two years

I received one also. Not sure if you are in PA but, it was for a local financial company to answer questions for those looking at taking the EISP that was offered.
