Everyone outside of RD org is out. Followed by IT. That’s already more than 10 percent of the company.

It likely won’t be until the move from LCO to Houston that they really week us out. Probably won’t be much of a severance at that point either.

Exxon’s philosophy is “we acquire properties, not people”. Besides, EM is offshoring as much as possible to BTC.
