It likely won’t be until the move from LCO to Houston that they really week us out. Probably won’t be much of a severance at that point either.
They said in the meeting that 90% will be offered employment. Exxon needs people to run the stuff they just bought
Exxon’s philosophy is “we acquire properties, not people”. Besides, EM is offshoring as much as possible to BTC.
I think about 25% offered will actually move max. I think about 600 get offers company wide
