That was a sarcastic post so thanks for noticing. If Ford keeps trashing US employees the only thing left will be BFs train station. The middle class can barely afford vehicles now. So great idea to knock off more middle class jobs.

Anyone who does not support uaw is a scab. Those hired in Mexico which take us jobs are scabs be it union or salary.
It's so ironic that Bill Ford speaks out about ending the strike and that it should be Ford and UAW against the competition. Guess that same partnership doesn't apply when just terminating salary workers arbitrarily to get a lower cost structure!

Stop buying Ford until they hear us all, that we want Ford products made in USA.
And you wonder where the quality issue is? Its not that Mexico Engineering isn't capable, they just lack experience. Shifting the jobs is like wiping the past away...lessons learned etc. I agree this can be good, but its a direct reflection on quality, Engineering changes, redesign iterations etc.
Salary jobs have been going to Mexico for years now, and they won’t stop until they’re all gone from the United States. So much loyalty by the company to this country that made them what they are. Greedy ba----ds, destroying and hate the country that gave them what they have.
A high level Ford employee said over the weekend that is where the UAW jobs will be going, Mexico. Can’t afford USA wages.
