Finally got around to read these links and do a little of my own research.
After jumping over a few pay walls, it's clear this news is significant and is not going away any time soon. It just takes some angry lenders or investors, or even concerned employees to request the BK process gets reviewed, according to the governing justice. Once that happens, there will be a lot of new legal layers (likely settlements). Not good for Apollo.

Yes, fever dream.

Avaya is not referenced in those articles and while they used the same firm, they were represented by a different partner.

Fever Dream? Yes.
Like all of those useless rumors about revenue loss, CEO switch, Going Private, Bankruptcy and layoffs.

The layers of things that never occur yet for in dream land!

Corporate law...
Takes years to unravel the fraud. Sadly. Doesn't mean the fraud isn't there.

What highly visible investigation? over the last 12 months there’s seemingly been nothing, no consequences, despite all the noise saying otherwise. meanwhile Avaya have added “1,000’s of new customers” (lol).

Seems that firm and the good judge made this easy.

The house of cards is about to face some serious headwinds
No PR spin can insulate Avaya from the highly visible investigation that will be coming
