Hi all! Is there a known deadline for choosing COBRA and the end date of our current benefits?

Hey buddy- I wouldn’t come to this site for information like that. You’ll get 25 different answers from clowns who know nothing but are more than happy to give you their negative opinion about work issues. Do yourself a favor and go to HR for this information. Now let the floodgates open for all of the id--ts that disagree with me and call me a bootlicking shill or whatever the term of the day is.
Personalized HR packages (beyond the FAQ doc which you should have been provided and forwarded to your personal email) are due to come out on or about Oct. 18. (is what I heard)
If you just got laid off, you're on payroll and receive benefits for 60 days. After the 60 days are up, you'll get COBRA info in the mail for enrollment.
Read your hr package
