Beginning in January, anyone within 25 miles of a "primary" office site will be required to come to the office Tues, Wed and Thurs. While the company provides no data for this blanket policy - there are many theories - including city politics. Ultimately - this impacts everyone. If you were not included in this wave - you will be impacted by the degradation of productivity of those who must now commute and sit in the office - by the worst of the worst: hybrid meetings. Did C. Swift get some big bundle of money from Hartford politics to create such a rigid blanket policy? We will never know, as we are not privy to the inner machinations from that wing of the building. It will be sad for so many, and we will lose people due to this ham-fisted policy.

Fine. Leave. Many other people wIt No to take their place. Grow up, most people have to commute to their jobs. Company has every right to set terms of employment, and you have every right to leave. Most companies are doing 3 days a week now. Good luck finding an all remote job. They still exist, albeit much scarcer now.
