So this b# boss has been stealing my work accomplishments as his own. At the same time trying to stack rank me even though he steals credit for my work. Many b#s like this at Capone. Too stupid and lazy to come up with anything of their own and relies on stealing and lying. Burn them.

Agree with others, definitely not the reason you got BS! You don’t get BS because he stole your ideas. You’re probably not bringing in value. No one gives a sh-t about ideas if they aren’t manifesting into value.

What a great place to work! If you don't have to take a job here, run and find a company with a healthy culture and senior leaders who got to where they are by being good at what they do, not good at navigating the sick culture.
Capone is in a very precarious position. They can be sued at anytime for not paying for all Internet costs for all 50,000 of its employees from Covid until now. The costs including legal fees would be in the 8 figures.
The b# boss did that to me and I yelled at him like an animal and trashed him to his manager. And it worked. Thar b# has been working two jobs in tech while at Capone and got fired from his last one when the FBI raided that company.
The inmates run the prison here. Even guards are afraid.

In tech majority of management are incompetent.
I’m going through the same situation with my boss. He gave me a below strong and stole all my ideas and used them as his own.
