What is the point of us Sales reps if Walmart CAO doing all the ordering? We get to add some for displays, wow. We are just CAO sales rep puppets, but actually just merchandisers. They never hire to replace anyone in my area and all I do is merchandise stores for the people that leave, then get stuck with those stores on my weekly schedule. Yet my DM thinks I have all the time in the world to check in on 30+ stores.

lol my old DM tried to show me how to write a order once at a low volume store. I went behind her and deleted all the bullsh-t she tried to order. I also questioned her on each item she scanned while ordering. Just because the manager said his shelf is light doesn’t mean it’s Walmart. 5 boxes of dates every week in that store.
People really need to be more vocal! Kudos to the one who asked their boss to come out and show how it’s done, they can’t! Their own algorithm can prove that! How there has it been another class action against Mondelez is beyond me! I got out and got what I wanted, advocate for yourself! They are bullies!!
Well these 250 orders probably have 150 going into backstock so deduct that from your workload and you’re fine. You should probably be done in less than 8
I agree, there is no way anyone can do all that work in 8 hours!!!!
I mean before being laid off as a sales rep, I was regularly scheduled 2, 250 plus deliveries and several order writes as well as a couple display changes in a single day. I was told that 8 hours is more than enough to do that. Asked the DM to come out and show me how its done and got wrote up for something petty a week later.
It's a horrible situation. The entire territory, somewhere USA, quit for various reasons. Probably one of the main reasons are the huge, locked orders. There's no way a person can work ie: a 254 case store, a 90 case store, a 75 case store and 50 case store without becoming physically exhausted.
Seems almost abusive and inhumane treatment.
Soon it will be all stores Locked....
