This is geared mostly toward SVP or anyone who might have insight from higher up as to whether ACs & SSAs from USC (which was just dissolved) will actually be redistributed to other programs (as they're currently being told), or if they'll be let go once the contracts are over at the end of the year?

Also - many Baylor ICs and managers are still at 2u and moved to other teams, or they are now working directly for Baylor.
They will be redistributed. There are needs on other programs. The layoffs in SE were with knowledge of upcoming program cuts - so some teams were cut deep to be prepared to take on ICs and managers from those programs.
It is likely we will all be let go. If they did not have to report the 40 million from the USC contract dissolving for Q3 earnings they would not have told us and would have just chopped us like they did with Baylor employees same day once the contract was over. They might have also hoped some of us would resign to reduce severance packages but honestly don’t think we can count on those either with the big wave of layoffs that are coming.
I would assume that you are going to be let go. 2u is trimming redundancies.
