I've heard a lot about HR and TA layoffs happening now. Does anyone know if and when the Product Creation functional teams will be hit soon?

To @vcd+1pAy5utO basically every group in NDP was hit. Lots of people gone and a whole new structure coming later this week.

Nike has been doing small layoffs each week for almost a year. Last week they started layoffs in HR.
They’ve already started! MM sent out an email to the HR org this week
Truth to be told, Nike gets to bulky, so many people pretend to do work but do nothing. Layoff is needed, esp. in Nike tech, need to clean house after the incapable ex CDIO brought his whole village to Nike.
Some have already started in NDP (today), and TA/HR recently. Rumor is more to come this week and then the big layoff in Jan.
If I recall the WARN notice has to be filed right before the layoff but Nike learned their lesson from the tech layoff a few years ago and now tells you you’re laid off starting 60 days in the future but you are not welcome to work, lose access, and fork over your badge and laptop - soft layoff that doesn’t trigger the Warn notice until you’ve already been told.
Most likely not until Jan/Feb.
If it’s a big layoff, Nike has to file a WARN notice 60 days in advance, so we would know about it.
