I’m a C11 and honestly nobody is feeling comfortable/confident if they will be here after November, GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!

Not sure if any Contractors(TCS,Wipro)will be impacted. Seems like the push is to reduce FTEs.
I’m a C11 as well. I was just promoted to this role and my direct supervisor has reason to believe I’m okay. Very scary though to just start a role and now hear about this.
And if we survive the next few days, we need to bit our nails until the end of February. What kind of companies does this? Morale is in the cr@pper and we will be in constant panic/fear of layoff.
C12 here and I'm just sitting here waiting.
Rumor mill says that SVPs, Directors, and MDs are going to be the most impacted since there's a lot of managerial role redundancy across various Citi businesses that have "gone lean" and consolidated.
Also seems that CTI O&T or whatever they're called now won't be as impacted as the non-technical workers. Frankly O&T can't afford to lose any more technical people. They're been a real brain drain happening on that side of the house during the last 2 years.
And STILL we haven't received the company wide re-org comm. It was supposed to drop 2 hours ago.
I'm a C12 and no one is comfortable. Everyone is just waiting to see
Yes. It looks like the time has come. Is it beginning right now or at EOD?
Will the shake up deter favoritism and protecting their own groups? Who decides who stays and goes?
Guess the time has come ….
