Who thought it would be a good idea to lay people off right before Thanksgiving......
By doing this, will it enable employees at lower levels to have a good holiday season? will this be a concern to Bora Bora team?

MDs are scheduled to be notified of layoffs starting today through early next week. Lower employee levels will begin layoffs in January / February to wrap up end of Q1 2024. So, if you are lower that MD, you won’t be notified until beginning of next year.
Is that cut only in US?
It is a DAILY event. "Employees affected by the cuts will be informed starting Wednesday, with new dismissals announced daily through early next week"
