Is anyone's healthy pathways messing up?! I reached the points for the 2024 incentive but now it's showing it's for the 2025 incentive when I know for sure it said for 2024 and it even showed it was reached in my rewards tab but now it's all changed and I don't have much proof except for one vague screenshot. Please tell me it's not just me 😩 I need the MF discount. The virgin pulse reps are "looking into it"

So how much this incentive will discount of the monthly insurance payment? I feel like a rat in a maze trying to keep up with all those stupid points.
They did this last year, too. Virgin will turn the page off soon and re-activate in during the first week of January. Your total points will be reset to zero.
Interesting how a health insurance company would sc--w its own employees over with barely legal costumer screening / “healthy Initiative” program. AND go on to sc--w that up also.
Mine says says by 11/15/24 to earn for 2025. I am assuming because it's already past the deadline date for this year.
I reach the needed points months ago (fitbit makes quick work of racking up the points!) I have 58,580 points this year. Never came close to that kind of number in years prior with no fitbit.
As for proof, when your are on the rewards tab, there is a "my earnings" tab, click on that and then it let's you filter for month or year. You can see how many points you have for the 2023 year.
To go back to how amazing fitbit is for points, last year I had 26,390 points and the year prior 27,000. (And I am not that active! Trust me, I am a middle-aged fat lady just living life. I am not hitting the gym or anything special besides walks in my hood when it's not too hot.)
Yes, mine says reach level 4 by 11/15/2024 to earn the 2025 incentive when it previously said 11/15/2023. Either way, I reached level 4 in October. I even checked the points summary and history and it said 11/15/2022 to get the 2023 summary. So the 2024 incentive is missing. This might be another way to scam workers out of a discount. I don’t put anything past this company.
Can someone who's reach it check for me to see what theirs says?! If it still shows you reached the 2024 incentive by 11/15/2023 instead of showing 2025? I have 0 friends at work sooo I don't have anyone else to ask lol.
