OP Darren treats the guys in India like royalty while treating the employees in the HC10 like true dogshlt. Indians are getting all the money. The rest of us just cold coffee and about to blow up refineries and chemical plants.

I heard DRS was asking the BendGalore expats to swap positions every few seconds on the hot desk found at La Quinta.

BTC = ExxonMobil Bengalore Technology Center in India. It’s where your job is going soon.

BTC has lockers!

Spring Campus Hotdesking announcement said we would all be assigned a locking drawer so not have to carry EVERYTHING home every day.

When I inquired about where my locking drawer was, the Hotdesking representative said that the locking drawers for each employee was cancelled because management did not want to pay for re-keying the drawers.

Seems like management willing to re-key the drawers in India.

3rd world don’t care. They stand in line to smooze the boss for free. Free labor and free hugs/kisses for long time.

Other than Monty (CEO of India) there are no assigned seats, anyone can sit anywhere. No one complains. Plus we have lockers, so no assigned seats, no neighborhoods. People generally try sitting in same area but there are no assigned seats. Most folks want to sit in open area, there are some supervisors and managers who like closed offices.
