Commercial consolidation and LRs are coming. The Commercial performance in Q1 was an all time worse. Too many old school AVPs, ODs, and RMs that are unwilling to change. Some of them are going to be managed out of the business. Each area is going to lose multiple regions and possibly an operation when this is all said and done.

Did anyone attend that Commercial call on inclusion today? "I am a white male, I have dark hair, I am wearing a blue shirt, I have glasses on, my pronouns are..." It felt like either the twilight zone or candid camera.
Where did you hear this?
"Commercial just hired a ton of extra AM and SEs for "growth". And those were not early-in-career or cheap. They were external hires of seasoned people. They even passed on internal GVS people that were trained by Cisco and early-in-career. "
Ah, some things never change I guess. I took a position with Inside Sales as a foot in the door hoping to transfer to the field at some point. I see you still walk around with a scarlet letter and it is still almost impossible to go the the field from IS.
what is project Artemis?
The project Artemis people are to replace the people about to be layed off. That way it doesn’t look like they got backfilled right away.
Commercial just hired a ton of extra AM and SEs for "growth". And those were not early-in-career or cheap. They were external hires of seasoned people. They even passed on internal GVS people that were trained by Cisco and early-in-career. Is the answer to poor forecast to double down on external hiring? I guess if you pay enough money you hire everybody away from competition - until the money runs out.
Jeff S plans to replace field office/remote AM's, Regions, OPs to inside virtual sales org to save ton of salary and commissions
