I'm assuming that the majority was already laid off this week, and the next week will be just those who were unavailable for whatever reason. Am I wrong in assuming this?

OP you’re not wrong in assuming this. With that said, there will certainly be more layoffs in the new year that will impact lower level employees (D/SVP and below). From what I’ve seen/heard, layoffs occurred last week (for this phase) and an announcement regarding those layoffs are to be made Monday
You are absolutely wrong in assuming that.
If you're asking if we're mostly done, then you might want to start packing up your items.
Last week CNBC reported that the layoffs are starting on Wednesday of last week. Today I see many sites like NYPost reporting that the Announcements are on Monday of next week (tomorrow). While I know none of us know the actual situation, can someone give their opinion?
I am afraid of losing job. But would like if it happens next year rather than this year.
You obviously have reading comprehension and hearing problems. In most of the Townhalls and media interviews Jane Fraser and Mark Mason said Citi will be done by 1Q2024 which means March 31, 2024. This is 4 months from now. 4 months of torture, playing Russ!an r0ulet Hunger Games with employees. NO One wants to get "chosen". May the Odds Be In Your Favor !
It's going to go into February.
This is just the beginning.
I don't think so.
Citi is reported to announce the first round of job cuts in its restructuring plan on Monday (tomorrow). Your assumption may still be valid, but perhaps at a later date.
