Bh LEED platinum status

Hey BH, congratulations on the highly coveted certification. Too bad you don't have a place to sit or park, or that you are packed in to a germ factory. But hey FB got his highly coveted certification!

Greenwashing is when an organization spends more time and money on marketing itself as environmentally friendly than on actually minimizing its environmental impact. It's a deceitful marketing gimmick used by companies to exaggerate their environmentally friendly actions.

every cleaning person takes the garbage and recycling and dump it in the same bin. people can't be bothered to try and sort because the trash is so poorly labeled people just throw their cr-p in any bin.

the building has lost full power several times because it's at max load.

forcing people into the office and running three/four shuttles all day creates way more pollution then that building is saving

I guess the efficiencies are maximized by keeping everyone loaded into the building like a clown car...

3k forced to drive average of two hours in nj traffic then wait for an idling bus to drive them to the building. Sort of negates the green building

Just as prestigious and “legitimately” earned as the European award Fiserv received

Force several hundred employees to unnecessarily commute to the LEED building…makes perfect sense.
