The biggest evidence of this is the between the lines messaging from both Raghu and Mike Gannon. Mike, was very explicit during the town hall when he said, for those with transition letters and no letters, focus on you, its ok to prioritize your network etc. A number of leadership surprises, a very thin (needed) structure and title deflation, e.g. former VP's now SD's etc.
It's part of the human spirit to evoke optimism and hope, regardless. I am in that crowd and do not have an offer. Yet I led a BU that significantly overachieved every quarter, half, year not by a little but by a lot. My estimate, shot in the dark, is 45% + will get the Axe. With that, I wish you the best future possible, those that drown are those that give up and don't get out of the water.
