Yep. So easy to terminate people in an “at will” state. Used to love Viasat and what they stood for. Now it’s simply a paycheck until Mark / Guru decide to sh----n another 15% of the employee base to boost the stock for a minute and make the shareholders happy…
Viasat has fallen so far from the place that they used to be. And they brought in Goonru to help make it happen.
EU has better protection and usually requires a lot more notification ahead of time. Also in the UK. Not like in the US where they can pull you in the middle of a meeting and walk you out.
