BTC Bill Rate Shielded

I heard the BTC hourly bill rate is shielded by not being burdened with overhead from the central organization like everyone else is. Is this true? What are the costs others pay for that BTC doesn’t? Is it things like central IT and Executives? Is it a significant amount or just chatter. Seems like as BTC grows and HC country headcount shrinks this will just widen the gap of what on paper is the cost difference.

BTC hourly rate was supposed to go down each year. That’s what we were told.
I have only see it go up every year.
Very competitive.

BTC all-in bill rates is around $75 USD per hour.
This does not include all our time baby sitting and spoon feeding day-in and day-out
