i got 5% from PSG25 to PSG26, I heard it is normally 10%... but I am thankful for the promotion approval.
can you guys share how much adjustment you got from your promotion?

I was recently promoted to CFO in waiting. They gave me a free subscription to Disney plus.
I was recently promoted to PSG 29, I was given an extra 2 liters of premium olive oil for my direct reports to anoit themselves with in my honor.
CR (Compo Ratio) is the correct term as don’t use CO any more.
5% is standard raise with promotion. Again not dependent on your current CR as that is no longer an indication for promotion readiness with the i calibrated performance ranking
The OP is a troll. If you had really reached a PSG 26 level, you wouldn't be here talking about or asking ridiculous questions.
Sounds like your salary was well above CO for 25 when you were promoted (so you were probably at 25 for a long time). The good news is you will now get the stock options (about another 25% of salary), about 15% higher bonus (a boost from 25 to 30% of salary), and the next 3 years you can expect reasonable raises until you hit the CO of 26. After that, If you are not in management, you may never get much of a raise again. That said, quite bi--hing and smile, live is good on a 26 salary!
If you cant figure this out then you really shouldnt be a 26. Your initial raise when promoted only gets you part of the way to the avg CO of the new PSG. When you were a 25, your CO was likely on the high end of the scale. After your promo you are on the lower end which means your future raises will be better as your salary moves to the average CO.
