Our union is great always has been and always will be. Get to work save Schenectady jobs by working more
@6eon+1pPJNZ5J, why so much hate?
@6eon+1pPJNZ5J, tell how an audit or enforcement action cost GE "Millions". Those bodies have no able to unwind previously agreed contract or side-letter terms. If a person had some ill gotten gains, sure a court may order restitution. BTW - the CA is the best thing ever!
Looks like some people may be getting nice new shinny handcuffs for the holidays.
@6eon+1pPJNZ5J You’re right.
@5zkd+1pPJNZ5J-
You clearly are not involved on either side to understand just what this entails. When you violate state or federal labor laws, its like breaking any other law, there are consequences when its done. When you work to hide such wrong doings, like workers have done on the company side, that is also illegal. When your part of a national union and you also work to hide the wrong doing, that is also illegal. When you file illegal reports with the federal government, that is also illegal.
So you see, just a tiny little bit of Insite, there is much, much more that has gone on and is yet to be revealed. There was much illegal activity, some done for years before it was brought to light, some continued to go on after such complaints where made. He-l there has still been illegal activities done and too many think nothing will ever happen. Its going to be a blast to see the tears when it all comes crashing down. It wont matter if its union folks, local and national, or the company folks local or national, when they all get charged, there will be many toasting to the end of the corruption! You cant violate laws, and expect the work done that violated said laws, to stay. It may end up costing GE million, and even may force job cuts in the end, but its not the fault of those that called it out, its the fault of those that wouldn't listen when told it wasn't right, and did things anyways.
The current elections are a prime example of wrongs still going on. Limit those running for office, all while supporting those in office. Thats another labor violation, but HR feels so embolden, they just keep doing things wrong, they will not be smiling or laughing when they are out of jobs, AND in cuffs. The days is coming. Happy Holidays, looking for a Great New Year as well.
@5xzl+1pPJNZ5J, never understood this whole thing. Assuming a few union leaders screwed up, just vote them out and move on. They may or may not have gotten good deals wit GE along the way, so no legal body DOL, District Attorney, NLRB can unwind those deals. So instead the naysayers want them jailed. Such hate, such ugly hate. Relax all and especially enjoy the Consolidation Agreement!
The investigation is over. It’s in the hands of the District Attorney. He will decide what happens next. Shouldn’t be too much longer before we all know.
@2bjy+1pPJNZ5J, the Int'l confirms it's over.
Certain people are probably very nervous right now. After an extensive investigation and STILL no findings posted on the DOL website it’s looking like there will be criminal charges.
When the report is posted on the government website, then its closed. Getting your boxes of files back doesn’t mean its over, or there was no wrong doing found. Dont let the incompetent lie to you like he always has. Another example why he is unfit for any office!
Sure it's closed. Closed only to the public for now.
