TSLS @ BMRF

Technical 2nd lines are heavily protected by their sponsors in BMRF.
How are the TSLS in other US refineries? Are them protected as well? Heard new qualifications for TSLS are coming out very soon and managers IN BMRF moved their TSLS around to ensure their TSLS do not face the shame of failing it. Also to protect their a s s, too because they are the one who hand-picked their TSLS

Same in Baton Rouge. Management princesses and clueless, arrogant, abusive first lines abound. They make great power points and spreadsheets though. They specialize in running people away

BTCP TSLS are incompetent also. One TSLS came from the lab and has never been a contact engineer!!

Keep sending the competent SLSs elsewhere or they quit

Most TSLSs and at RF and CP couldn’t pass a BTL review board and think most CP TSLS couldn’t even pass a refinery technical review board. Half couldn’t tell you which unit they were on since they never go outside and just run their mouths every day to toot their own horns/narratives. guess they’re trying to weed people out early. They used to have strong tsls, who had actual unit knowledge and understanding. Now they pick them if they talk well. Not exactly for any technical or leadership capability. It’s sad.

If I spent >$80k on a TESLA I’d want to protect it too
