@1uda, nobody was at Oriskany when Charlie gave the 4 year warning because it never happened.
Your constant jabber about Charlie and Oriskany is beyond annoying. IT DOESN’T MATTER what he said when he was CEO - he’s been gone for AGES. And what is the actual point of you saying this over and over. And over???? Literally no one cares and it adds zero value to the discussion out here.

I can confirm this. There is zero promotional opportunity for employees at this closed location. Everyone’s name is on the list to go.
Multiple people in Oriskany have been told no promotion unless you move to Pittsburgh or Lake Mary
Charlie did no such thing. Closing Oriskany was never the plan under Scharf.

Well, Oriskany is different because Scharf gave them a four year warning of closure, which recently has come true like clockwork.
How is that different from any other other office?
I heard the same thing about a different office. Basically anyone who is in a location not considered a "growth" location is getting a bad deal. I'm guessing the execs are hoping a lot of the people working in those locations will leave on their own so they don't have to pay termination benefits when they choose to close those locations.
Idk specifically Oriskany but the raise pool is significantly reduced less than half of last year and bonus pool is 80%.
Layoffs are coming also in Jan.
