Does anyone know the date when bonuses will be paid out in January?

I’d like to know what departments are actually getting regular salary increases and bonuses?
Jan month salary you can expect the bonus and hefty tax paid decutions :(
It always a week before Jan 30th, as our raises take effect Feb 1.
