To be fair this is a bad climate and Dell is doing well all things given.

This comment is ridiculously wrong. Dell is a joke right now. They are giving multiple teams upwards of $100M quotas when they know the team will not not even $70M. They are manipulating TTC until people get squeezed and quit so they don't have to layoffs and pay severance. It's horrible here

Never seen a company go out of its way so much to skim from employees in good times and bad!
I am just saying the company is doing okay given the climate. I am not saying dell is a good company to work for. It is not.
There may be profitable times ahead but as we learned through the profitable pandemic years, those profits are not to be shared with the peasants that do the work. They’ll keep laying off people and forcing the unfortunate survivors to do more with less while the executives swim in pools of money like Scrooge McDuck.
Stock is up because of stock repurchase, they call it " delusion managment". On the paper things were not that great in Q3. More layoff very likely Q1 25. Margin before people.

They have let staff go every single quarter for the last 3 quarters and even senior brass have left.
