Cost centers can be easily outsourced. We should also realize that work completed by CL-28 and above can also now be completed by CL-26 employees.

The days of retiring at CL-27, 28, or even 29 are few and far between. We will also be shrinking CL-30+ executive ranks.

In circa 2000, the President of ExxonMobil Chemical said that we had too many executives and the Corporation actually demoted CL-30+ to CL-29's to reach the target percent of executives in ExxonMobil Chemical.

@3bxm+1pUFQ1ca She doesn't have what it takes to make it to CEO. Karen M is a lot better prepared. Also the CFO looks like a good candidate to replace Darren when the board fires him. That's a scary thought because KM makes decisions based on Excel spreadsheets and not reality. But Exxon's a circus right now so another clown in charge. No difference.

It was a very polite death knell for EMTEC as it is now. The handwriting is on the wall. It will be interesting to see where it ambles along from here.

I drank about 20 adult carbonated beverages on Saturday. I am 103% confident that I lost more brain cells listening to the forum than I lost on Saturday.

Business loves technology and wants us but we must cut and be more efficient… and I want to know the names of the faces of the complainers.

Bunch of words on a power point… blah blah blah.
